In harmony with the ongoing #GitaMahotsav2025 in Kurukshetra, Haryana, the High Commission of India in Guyana, together with ISKCON and leading Indian community organisations, proudly presents the Sri Gita Jayanti Celebration on 30 November 2025. This auspicious event will feature a Maha Yagna and sacred recitations from the Shrimad Bhagavad Gita, spreading peace, wisdom, and devotion across the community. Attendees will experience a unique spiritual gathering, reflecting on the timeless teachings of the Gita and embracing the essence of Bhakti and Gyan. The celebration is supported by prominent institutions including the Ministry of External Affairs, ICCR, Swami Vivekananda Cultural Centre, and several diaspora organisations, creating a global platform to honor India’s rich spiritual heritage.
